SUPPORT MEETINGS (FREE, donations or your CHADD annual membership dues to cover meetings accepted)

CHADD of Eastern Oakland County meetings will be held at Way Elementary School on West Long Lake Road, just east of Telegraph, in Bloomfield Hills.

If BHS cancels school, CHADD cannot meet. Our phone line will announce if meetings have to be cancelled.

There will be 2 meetings, as listed below, at the same time in separate rooms:

1. Parent Support Group- for parents of children and teens with AD/HD

2. Adult ADHD Support Group- for adults with AD/HD

All GROUPS the first MONDAY NIGHT of each month, 7:30 – 9:00 PM

PARENT TO PARENT TRAININGS (FEE covers expenses, including materials)

Parent to Parent provides educational information and support for individuals and families dealing with AD/HD and learning to navigate the challenges of AD/HD across the lifespan. Courses are offered in local communities across the country. The curriculum was developed by parents who have lived the experience, but who also have had access to the best researchers and practitioners in the country. The entire course includes 14 hours of time and is usually offered as a seven week class, meeting for two hours once a week. Each participant receives extensive materials to support the including articles, reference materials, handouts and homework assignments.
