The Portland Metro Adult Support Group meetings are held the 3rd Tuesday of every month (except December) from 6:30 - 8:00 pm in the Wilcox Bldg. Conf. Room A or B at the Legacy Good Samaritan Medical Center, 1015 NW 22nd Street (and NW Marshall Street), Portland.

The Wilcox Bldg apparently has it's own postal / GPS address, 2211 NW Marshall Street, for those who rely on their smartphone for directions. The two conference rooms are located on the ground/street level across the small parking lot to the right of the building's main staircase.

The next meeting, Tuesday, February 18th will be an Open Discussion. Part will be an open session that is informative and educational as well as a supportive discussion. It may focus on what it's like living with an ADD/ADHD someone, both from the perspective of the non-ADDer and from what the ADDer feels or thinks the non-ADDer is experiencing.

Part will be round-the-table support, impliying that we try to give one another positive, constructive feedback when supporting those who feel comfortable sharing their concerns, worries, difficulties, problems, questions, or thoughts preoccupying them. We can all learn from one another!
