Parents can become effective advocates for their children, as well as leaders in their community by gaining access to information that empowers them to make informed decisions. There are many resources and organizations available for parents to gather knowledge, create a support network, and provide opportunities for parental engagement within schools. Come learn tips to help you navigate through the IEP process and build your advocacy skills to become a powerful voice for your child.
