Our current group is small in the Omaha/Lincoln Area that are participating in this group. The demographics currently include adult individuals with a new or long-standing diagnosis of ADHD, who may or may not have children. Spouses are also welcome. The group is built on the idea that ADHD affects the whole family and we support each other through fellowship and networking of our individual knowledge of the ADHD brain and how it has affected each of us.
From one of our recent new attendees ", I enjoyed attending this group in August. I was able to meet others with ADHD who "get it". They were understanding to the idea that interruptions and a wavering train of thought are part of the conversation."
Those who attend will have an opportunity to give a brief introduction and talk about themselves & how they have been impacted by their diagnosis.
If you have any questions or would like to join our group, please contact us at the above email to receive a followup email.
Please join us.
