Q & A Distance Learning and Education Law
June 10, 2020 | 8:00 PM–9:30 PM
Distance learning during this COVID-19 pandemic has been extremely difficult for many students, especially students with ADHD. Many parents are very concerned about the impact of distance learning on their child’s ability to learn new information, demonstrate their understanding of learning concepts, and achieve grade level standards without in-person, real-time educational supports. On June 10th, Mr. Douglas Spencer Esq. will hold an open forum to address your concerns and answer your questions regarding your child’s educational rights (e.g., how content has been delivered, how accommodations/services have been provided, grading, how progress of IEP goals have been monitored, how Annual Reviews are being handled). If you’re a parent of a child with ADHD, you will not want to miss this informative virtual meeting! Please e-mail us to register. First come first serve. 100 participant limit.
Attendance is free and will be open to CHADD members as well as non-members.
However, registration will be limited to 100 participants on a first come, first serve basis.
