This group aims to support women with diagnosed or suspected ADHD by fostering a supportive environment for sharing experiences, learning about ADHD, and exchanging resources. We dedicate 30-60 minutes to ADHD education and the rest of the time for open discussions, resource sharing, and planning future meetings.
