Santa Cruz ADHD Support Group (a C.H.A.D.D. branch) is run by kind and helpful volunteers and hosts monthly support group meetings for anyone who would like to learn more about ADHD or has questions or concerns. Join us at a meeting for more information and support resources or just come and share with those who understand. Location: Aptos Fire Station, 6934 Soquel Drive, Aptos, CA 95003 http://goo.gl/5DMCrs Dates and Times: Our Parents of Children with ADHD Support Group meets every 2nd Wednesday of the Month. Our Adults with ADHD Support Group meets every 4th Wednesday of the Month. All meetings are from 6:30 pm - 8:00 pm.

CHADD meetings are open to the public and free to CHADD members. A $5 donation is suggested of non-members, but no one is turned away for lack of funds. Become a CHADD member and enjoy all the benefits of CHADD membership. Visit CHADD.org for more information about ADHD. CHADD does not endorse any product, service, publication, medication or treatment. CHADD disseminates information about treatments of ADHD that are supported by a body of research demonstrating effectiveness. There are many complementary or alternative treatments that do not yet have a body of research studies supporting them. For more information, please check out the National Resource Center on ADHD (https://chadd.org/about/about-nrc/) and their fact sheets. All fact sheets on the site are statements on the science of ADHD and are developed by the consensus of CHADD's National Professional Advisory Board.
CHADD of Northern California supports over 1,100 CHADD members and hundreds more who drop in at support meetings, parent-to-parent classes, lectures and online. We are entirely volunteer-run and welcome new volunteers.
