Encouraging Positive Mindset for Optimal Learning
June 22, 2020 | 7:00 pm–9:15 pm
Support Group - 7 PM / Presentation - 8:15 PM
Self-esteem, or one’s assessment of their worth, can be negatively affected by the challenges faced by individuals diagnosed with ADHD. A lack in self-esteem can impact goal setting, motivational drive, problem solving abilities, and the overall persistence in task completion. This workshop will address how adjustments to one’s life experiences can promote self-worth and increase confidence.
