Repeating and seemingly unsolvable problems in romantic relationships can be one of the most distressing aspects of being an adult with ADHD—forgotten commitments, missed deadlines, and distracted conversations cause the partner with ADHD to feel guilty and the non-ADHD partner to feel frustrated, powerless, and devalued. How can you create a more balanced relationship where you both feel like you get your needs met? How can you work together to get ADHD under control so that it’s still a part of your life and relationship, but doesn’t run the show? And remember when we used to have fun together? Join ADHD expert Dr. Ari Tuckman for a practical discussion on working together, rebuilding trust, managing disagreements, and having more fun. Both partners should plan to log on.
