We will discuss how to practice radical acceptance strategies for the challenges and the exciting adventures of parenting while neurodivergent (including mixed neurotype couples as well). We will discuss self compassion and acceptance strategies for ND parents in a world that discounts and rarely values the ND experience.

Bio: I'm the mom in a neurodivergent family of 5. We have 3 neurodivergent kids, and my partner and I are both ND as well. I'm a practice owner and the clinical director at Evergreen Counseling. This is not just some mental health topic to me, this is my literal life. Figuring this out as I go, just like every other late diagnosed ND parent out there.
