Dr. Dana Tappen, SLP.D., CCC-SLP is a speech-language pathologist, private practice owner, and part-time faculty at CSUN. She earned both her bachelor’s and master’s degrees from SDSU, later obtained the Special Education Advocacy Certificate from USD, and completed her clinical doctorate at RMUoHP. She has been practicing since 2004 and worked in a variety of settings including with multiple educational agencies and as the director of a Nonpublic Agency. Her passion is working with both children and adults with social cognition and executive functioning challenges.
