Nicole Rawson, MBA, Digital Wellness Expert & Educator
Internationally recognized digital wellness expert, Nicole Rawson is the founder of Screen Time Clinic®, the

smart choices about time online to flourish as humans via thought provoking seminars and individualized
consulting services. Nicole’s expert insight has been featured in the WSJ, PBS, and other publications, highlighting
the many areas of mental & physical health technology impacts, and the profound new studies about youth brain
development connected to digital media. She is the author of the children’s book, Screen Smart Sam published in
2019 to help families learn about digital wellness through stories. She has over 20 years experience teaching
children and adults, called to specialize in digital wellness in 2016 after her own son with ASD struggled with
gaming addiction inspiring her to help other parents prevent major mental and physical problems resulting from
