April 12, 2022 | 6:30-7:00 pm MEET & GREET; 7:00-8:00 pm SUPPORT GROUP

Join us to identify the triggers and signs for depression and anxiety, and how to identify resources for struggling children, teens, and college students. Dr. Maker will share common markers for depression and anxiety, and provide evidence-based tools and interventions that you can utilize in your home, in the community, and in schools/colleges to foster coping and resilience. It takes a village to help kids thrive in these difficult times and Dr. Maker’s interactive seminar/workshop will integrate recommendations from a bio-psycho-social perspective.
