ADHD and Addiction: Weekly Peer Support Group for ADHD/AuDHD Adults
The ADHD + Addiction weekly peer support group is a space for adults (18+) navigating the challenges of ADHD/AuDHD and addiction. Facilitated by those with lived experience, this group provides a supportive environment to share struggles, explore solutions, and support each other on the path to recovery. Newcomers are always welcome! Meetings are a safe, supportive, judgment-free environment to share the challenges, frustrations, and successes of living with ADHD while working on one’s recovery. Some of our members were diagnosed as children and others as adults, and some were not diagnosed at all. Some choose medication and others don't. Regardless of any differences, we come together united by the challenges of living with ADHD/AuDHD and Addiction and the hope to improve our lives. Here we’re able to talk directly with other adults who are living with ADHD/AuDHD and addiction, share practical insights, tools, and strategies with one another, which all come from firsthand experience.

Parenting ADHD/ AuDHD Peer Support Group
The Parenting ADHD/AuDHD peer support meetup is a space for parents and caregivers to connect with others navigating similar challenges. Together, we explore everything from school struggles, meltdowns, and daily overwhelm to guilt, stigma, and the pressure to do it all. This is a judgment-free, real-talk kind of community—because parenting ADHD isn’t always easy, but it helps when you’re surrounded by people who truly get it. Whether you’re here to share, listen, or simply soak up some support, you’re welcome! Our Facilitators: Bradley Smith - ADHD Life Coach and CMPSS Sophia Zeff - Disability Services Consultant

ADHD Empowerment Meditation and Journaling
This meeting is open to individuals 18+ with ADHD. We come together for a time of meditation and journaling. The meetup is focused on creating a safe and supportive space for attendees to carve time into their schedules for meditation and journaling, two activities that are known to benefit and support individuals with ADHD. This session aims to help participants appreciate journaling as a way to both clear their ADHD minds and better understand their internal thoughts and feelings. ADHD can make it hard to navigate emotions and journaling can slow things down a little and help us figure out how we're really feeling. When we're having trouble working through our emotions, putting down on paper how we're feeling can help give us more clarity.

Get It Done Together : ADHD/AudDHD Virtual Focus/ Body Double/ CoWork
This meetup is open to adults 18+ who identify as having ADHD or AuDHD and want structured time to get things done—whether it’s work, studying, chores, creative projects, or life admin. The group facilitators Evelyn James and Alex Ward host meetings every Wednesday at 11:00 AM Pacific for 1 hour of focused productivity to knock things off our "To Do" lists. You may have heard this called body doubling or co-working—it’s a simple yet powerful ADHD-friendly strategy that helps with focus, motivation, and accountability. We make it fun! Grab your coffee (or favorite beverage) and join us for a supportive, distraction-friendly space where we work together—without working alone.

PDA Parents of PDA Children Peer Support
This group is for parents and caregivers who themselves have a PDA profile and are raising children with PDA (often alongside ADHD/AuDHD/Autism). PDA² (Parents & Kids) is a safe, supportive, and judgment-free space for reflecting on the unique challenges and successes of being a PDA parent raising a PDA child. Together, we share lived experiences, swap strategies, learn from one another, and build community around the double layers of parenting with PDA and parenting PDA.

ADHD and Chronic Illness Peer Support
The ADHD + Chronic Illness peer support group is a safe, supportive, and judgment-free environment for adults living with ADHD and chronic illness to reflect on and share our challenges and successes, learn from one another, gain insights about managing our chronic illness and ADHD, develop new strategies and skills, as well as discuss resources. Navigating the intersection of living with ADHD and chronic illness presents its share of challenges, but it's also a journey marked by resilience and growth. Despite the complexities, we find strength in our ability to adapt and overcome. The symptoms of ADHD, such as difficulties with focus, organization, and impulsivity, can exacerbate the management of chronic illness, making adherence to treatment plans and medication schedules challenging. Fluctuating symptoms of chronic illness further disrupt our daily routines and exacerbate our ADHD symptoms. However, by acknowledging these unique challenges and embracing a spirit of resilience, we can cultivate innovative strategies for managing our health. Through self-compassion and support from our peers, we can learn to navigate the ups and downs with grace and determination, offering hope for a future filled with the possibility of living better in spite of our ADHD and our chronic illness.
